His work centers on investigating construction materials/methods failures, assessing building code compliance, and evaluating whether construction safety standards have been met.

Mr. Cook has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across various construction-related disputes, involving construction zones, roofing, and vibration issues. His Doctor of Philosophy in Aquatic Biology/Limnology, along with his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management, reinforce his ability to deliver objective, defensible analyses.
