Brian Huang, PE, SE, LEED AP is a structural forensic engineering expert specializing in building collapse cause and origin, construction defects, and premises liability. With a career encompassing structural design, forensic analysis, and building envelope evaluation, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to litigation work. His work centers on investigating structural failures, assessing construction defects, and evaluating compliance with building codes.

Mr. Huang has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across the United States, involving cases such as structural collapses, wind and hail damage, and foundation failures. His MS in Structural Engineering from Tsinghua University, China, along with certifications including LEED™ 2.0 Accredited Professional, reinforce his ability to deliver objective, defensible analyses. He is regularly engaged by both plaintiff and defense counsel to provide clear, independent determinations of causation in disputes involving structural engineering and building code compliance.
