Chuck Dutill, PE, DFE is an Environmental and Engineering expert specializing in hydrology, stormwater management, and wastewater systems litigation. With a career spanning over four decades in hydrology, sewer systems, and environmental engineering, he brings a comprehensive technical framework to litigation work. Mr. Dutill has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across the United States, involving cases related to hydrology, wastewater treatment, and environmental engineering.
