David McGuire is the Principal Engineer at Civil Concepts, PC. Civil Concepts is a global Engineering, Building Consulting and Litigation Support firm, with offices in North America. Concepts specialize in Forensic, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as well as Construction Cost Estimating and Management, CPM Scheduling, 4D Modeling and Litigation Support. Mr. McGuire has over 25 years of experience in managing construction projects, Civil/Structural Engineering Design, Forensic Engineering and Expert Witness. Mr. McGuire is a registered Professional Engineer in 13 states and is registered with the NCEES. Mr. McGuire has served as an Expert Witness and is trained and registered to serve on Essential Emergency Duties through the Safety Assessment Program administered by the California Emergency Management Association.
