Kenneth R. Dees, P.E., CFM is a civil engineering expert specializing in forensic engineering and expert testimony related to storm water management and floodplain analysis. With a career spanning real estate development, storm water drainage, and floodplain management, he brings a strategic perspective to litigation work involving complex technical issues. His work centers on investigating failures in storm water diversion, assessing the impact of increased flow or frequency, and evaluating whether miscalculations in floodplain areas have occurred.

Mr. Dees has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements throughout Texas, involving real estate development and construction cases.
