Christopher Gloninger, CBM, CCM is a meteorology expert specializing in forensic meteorology and emergency preparedness litigation. With a career spanning climate change adaptation, climate mitigation, and emergency management, he brings a strategic perspective to litigation work. Mr. Gloninger has been retained in numerous expert witness and consulting engagements across various geographic regions, involving climate change, emergency management, and forensic meteorology cases.
